Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of MemStack™, a skill framework for Claude Code, operated by CW Affiliate Investments, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By activating a license key or using any MemStack™ skills, you agree to these terms.

2. License Keys

Each license key is issued to a single user and is non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or redistribute your license key. Keys are tied to the email address provided during activation.

• Free tier: 86 skills across 10 categories, activated with your email address.
• Pro tier: All 130 skills (86 free + 44 exclusive), plus early access to new skills.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share or redistribute your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract skill source code for redistribution
• Use MemStack™ skills to build a competing product
• Circumvent license validation or tamper with grace period files

4. Founding Member Pricing

The current $299 one-time price is Founding Member pricing that grants lifetime access to MemStack™ Pro. Founding Members retain lifetime access to all Pro features. MemStack™ Pro is also available via monthly ($15/mo) and annual ($99/yr) subscriptions. Pricing may change for new customers at any time, but Founding Member lifetime access is permanent.

5. Refund Policy

MemStack™ Pro comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't the right fit, request a refund within 7 days of purchase via our contact page, no questions asked, and we will refund your purchase promptly. Your license is deactivated once the refund is issued. If you experience technical issues at any time, contact us and we will work to resolve them.

6. Intellectual Property

MemStack™ is a trademark of CW Affiliate Investments, LLC. All skill content, documentation, and associated code are the intellectual property of CW Affiliate Investments, LLC. Your license grants you the right to use the skills in your own projects. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke license keys for violations of these terms, including key sharing, redistribution, or reverse engineering. Upon termination, your access to Pro-exclusive skills will be immediately revoked.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

MemStack™ is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that skills will work with every project, configuration, or future version of Claude Code. In no event shall CW Affiliate Investments, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MemStack™. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MemStack™ after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the “last updated” date at the top of this page.

10. License Validation and Data

To verify your license, the MemStack™ loader contacts our license-validation endpoint (admin.cwaffiliateinvestments.com/api/licenses/validate) when a session starts. Each request transmits:

• License key: the key being validated.
• Machine ID: a stable, hashed fingerprint derived from your hostname and username, used to bind a license to a machine. The raw hostname and username are not transmitted.
• Email address: only if you provided one at activation.
• Environment information: your operating system name, Python version, and MemStack™ loader version.

That is the complete payload. MemStack™ does not transmit your code, file contents, file paths, usernames, project names, or prompts. The environment information helps us identify and fix platform-specific issues.
